He is survived by: his parents, John J. Casey of Wakefield and Jane E. Walker (Etchells) of Johnston; his sister Donna J. Dunsford (Ethan); his niece Liliana of Phoenix, AZ.; his aunt Elaine M. Godinho; and his uncle James R. Etchells (Katharine McDuffie). He is also survived by his family, friends.
