He is survived by: his parents, Timothy M. McGinn and Barbara J. McGinn (Ferreira) of Bristol; his brother T. Michael McGinn, Jr. (Christine); his nieces, Raegan Kathryn of Bristol and Riley Drew of Bristol; his aunts and uncles, Paula, Kit, Maria, Marie, Kevin, Pat and Louis; and his cousins, Melissa, Erin, Eliza, Nic, Kerri, Kevin, Louis and Christian.
