Collins (Arthur Boucher) of Woonsocket and Maryellen Cox (Billy) of Cranston; his grandchildren, Lauren Cox, Andrew Cox, Clifford J. Collins and Matthew Pugliese; and his significant other Eleanor Nichols. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
