He is survived by: his mother Gale Peters (Lusby) of Johnston; and his siblings, John Richards of Cranston, Wayne Richards, Arthur Joseph Peters, Jr. of Boston, Christina, Kimberly Frazier of Warwick and Gail Northup of Providence. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
