He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Mazzulla and Jennie Mazzulla (Toto); his brother Daniel E. Mazzulla; and his nephew Daniel Mazzulla. He is survived by: his brothers, Louis G. Mazzulla and John R. Mazzulla; and his nieces and nephews, Lois Marandola, Anthony Mazzulla, Michael Mazzulla, Lori Cardillo, Donna Mazzulla, David Mazzulla and Kristen Mazzulla.
