She was predeceased by: her parents, Domenic Prescutti and Christina Prescutti (Saccoccia); her husband Joseph F. Carter; and her sons, Joseph Carter Jr. and Jeffrey Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Carter-Corning (Daniel Corning), Mark Carter (Patricia Palmisciano), Michael Carter (Louise Deluca), Christopher Carter and Paul Carter (Nicklas Oldenburg); and her grandchildren, Grace Carter and Ian Carter.
