With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Angela M. DeCesaris (Cranston, Rhode Island), who passed away on July 15, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. William D'Ugo and Camille D'Ugo; her husband US Magistrate Judge Frederick R. DeCesaris; her children, Lori A. Brown, Frederick R. DeCesaris, Jr. and Steven DeCesaris; her daughter-in-law Victoria A. DeCesaris; her daughter Susan Pratt; her son-in-law David Pratt; her sibling Camile Pitocco; her brother-in-law Victor Pitocco of Houston, TX.; her goddaughter Paula "Teddy"; her grandchildren, Lauren Kerepka, David Brown, Thomas Pratt, Mario DeCesaris and Ingrid DeCesaris; and her pet Benji. She was also cherished by her family, especially her husband, children, and grandchildren.
