She is survived by: her children, William M Cook III (Kathleen), Michael J Cook (Grace), Pamela DiCarlo and Nancy Silva (John); her grandchildren, Matthew Cook (Melissa), Jennifer Sukys (Robert), Michaela Cook, Nathaniel Cook (Sarah Riedo), Gina Coutu (Ryan), Loreen DiCarlo, John Silva (Jordan), Madeleine Glidden (David), Nicholas DiCarlo (Danielle) and Brandon Silva; her great grandchildren, Taylor Sukys, Giana DiCarlo, Tyler Coutu, Amelia Riedo Cook, Landon Cook, Mia Coutu, Blaise Riedo Cook, Claire Reido Cook, Chloe Silva, Ella Gillheeney, Nicholas DiCarlo Jr., Bryce Cook, Dominic Riedo Cook, Mason DiCarlo and Harper Silva; her great great grandchildren, Alexander Maldonado and Lilliana Maldonado; and her friends, Marilyn Renfree, Louanne Bradley, Don Tomasso and Elaine.
