He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Kennedy Sr. and Helen Kennedy (Gallogly); his daughter Karen Mello; and his brother Leo Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Kennedy (Sanger); and his children, William F. Kennedy (Lauren) of Hope, Kevin M. Kennedy of Chepachet and Donna DiPalma (Anthony) of Cranston. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
