She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Gillet and Virginia Gillet (Walguernary); her grandparents, Ernest and Marcelle Gillet; and her sister Marcelle Peltier.
She is survived by: her husband John P. Sugrue; her children, Julie A. Fallon (John) of West Warwick, Laurie A. Belleville-Cunningham (Kenneth) of Coventry and John P. Sugrue Jr. of Coventry; her grandchildren, Eric Marold, Lisa Szymanski, Breanna Marold and David Marold; and her siblings, Louis Gillet of Long Island, NY, Michele Milton of Centereach, NY, Cindy Zanfardino of North Carolina and Robert Spano. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Iannotti Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saints John & Paul Church (341 S Main St, Coventry, RI 02816).
