He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Phillips and Margaret Phillips (DeVere); and his sister Dorothy Carr. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Phillips (LeBeau); his children, Thomas A. Phillips (Donna), Paul B. Phillips and Kimberly A. Senter (Chad); and his siblings, Robert Phillips, Helen Phillips, Viola Burgess, Barbara Garro, Lylas Gorton, Anna Gorton, William D., George C. and Donald Phillips. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service and Interment will be private due to the pandemic (RI COVID Guidelines will be followed).
