He was predeceased by: his wife Jean E. Mulligan (Gaertner); his daughter Kerry Mulligan; and his parents, Joseph A. Mulligan and Charlotte J. Mulligan (Telmosse). He is survived by: his sons, Tom Mulligan (Emily) of Lincoln, RI and Sean Mulligan (Rachel) of Coventry, RI.; his grandchildren, Alexis, Thomas, Joey, Michael, Rileigh and Kelley; his siblings, James (Denise), Joseph (Lynn), John 'Jack' (Nancy) and Catherine Turner (Ronald); and his brother-in-law Gary Gaertner (Linda).
