With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Alexander Elby (Coventry, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Elby and Irene Elby (Stanish); and his brothers, Alan, Alexander and Earl Elby.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne M. Elby (Alexandrowicz); his daughters, Christina J. Elby of West Warwick and Jessica E. Elby; his grandchildren, Gabriel J. Elby, Alexander J. Elby and Santana J. Seastrom-Elby; and his siblings, Adele Gallo of Providence, Diane LePore of Johnston and Anthony C. Elby of North Providence.
