He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Blount and Hilda I. Blount (Wilkinson); and his siblings, Joseph Blount, Robert Blount and Elizabeth Brennan.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline M. Blount (Lavoie); his daughter Melissa B. Mansour (Michael) of West Warwick; his grandchildren, Devan and Jordan Mansour; and his sister Hilda Lyons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Iannotti Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saints John & Paul Church (341 S Main St, Coventry, RI 02816).
