With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sylvia Louise Black of Coventry, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 19, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Sylvia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sylvia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard D. Black and Eula E. Black (Keefe); and her siblings, David B. Black and Sandra E. Marino. She is survived by: her nieces, Laurie A. Cloutier (Keith) and Julie A. Cloutier of Coventry; her nephew Steven M. Black; and her sister-in-law Judith A. Black. She is also survived by six great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (415 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
