"Pat" Caddick; her parents, Antonio Napolitano and Susan Napolitano (Merlino); her children, Patrick Caddick (Anne), Darlene Shaker of Rehoboth, MA, Dawn Caddick, Kevin Butterfield of Warwick, RI and Mark Caddick of Coventry, RI; her grandchildren, Patrick, Nicole, Katie, Matthew, Danielle, Marisa and Talia; and her siblings, Ann Shirley Romeo and Anthony Napolitano.
