She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Doughty Sr. and Pauline M. Doughty (Dorsey); and her sister Alice Kingsbury. She is survived by: her husband Douglas F. Silverman; her sons, David Silverman (Felice) of Arlington, MA. and Steven Silverman (Lee) of North Providence; her grandchildren, Luke and Lacey Silverman; and her siblings, Verle Martin of Orlando, Kenneth E. Doughty of Anchorage, Ala, Thomas W. Doughty of Hartsville, Elizabeth Liberty Hewey, Dorothy J. Hatfield, Clarence E. Doughty Jr. and Philip H. Doughty.
