He is survived by: his wife Priscilla B. Fraser (Sprague); and his children, Michael Fraser of Scituate, Ronald Fraser (Carol) of Coventry, Debra Thompson (John) of San Diego, CA and Kim Barber of Coventry. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
