He was predeceased by: his father Eugene White. He is survived by: his mother Ida Durning (Collins); his stepfather Frank Spencer; his son Robert D. White Jr.; his siblings, Marie Canfield (White), Kevin Spencer, Kenneth Spencer and Brenda Denton (Spencer); and his friend Mary Richards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
