“I am very sorry to hear of Mr. Jacques's passing...for the past 20 years, I have driven by his house on Knotty Oak Road to go to work, where I would see him out front waving to every car that went by. He always made my day better, and I truly looked forward to seeing him each morning. I pray he is waving to everyone from above and has found peace for all eternity. I miss my daily wave.”
