He was predeceased by: his wife Johanna Butmarc (Wolf); his parents, Joseph Abbatamarco and Gelsomina Abbatamarco (Barone); his stepson Michael K. Parenteau; and his brother Joseph A. Butmarc.
He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Waltonen (Roderick "Rod" Chappell); his grandchildren, Jason Waltonen (Niki) and Jessica Waltonen (Deb Flood); his great grandchildren, Drew, Harry, Olivia and Sadie; and his sisters, Virginia Vestri and Phyllis Butmarc. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
