It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Fraenkel (Coventry, Rhode Island), born in New York, New York, who passed away on November 4, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Fraenkel and Olga Fraenkel (Levy). He is survived by: his wife Lauretta Harvey (Goodwin); and his children, Megan Jacoby (Keith) of Arizona, Constance Shane, Charles Duck, Lauren Russell (Ken Quain), Susan Reed of California, Louise Richmond (Joel) and Debra Harvey Means. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
