He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Siembab and Leonide Siembab (Cotnoir); and his brother Roland Siembab. He is survived by: his wife Marie Lillian Siembab (Theroux); his children, Patricia M. Giguere and Richard R. Siembab; and his granddaughter Dr. Joy M. Giguere (Benjamin Proud). He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
