He is survived by: his wife Rosemary LaFazia (Marzano); his children, Brenna McAfee (Michael) of West Greenwich and Jessica Martin (Michael) of Fall River, MA.; and his grandchildren, Michael, Christopher McAfee, Nicholas, Jacob and Caitlyn Martin.
