He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Thibeault and Dineen Thibeault (Zisk); his brother Remy John Thibeault; his grandparents, Patricia Zisk (Jackson) of Warwick, Dennis Zisk (Eileen) of North Providence, Raymond and Jeanette Thibeault (Ruzzo) of Cranston; his aunts and uncles, Melissa Zisk Brown (John) of Pineville, NC, Deborah Remington, Linda Marzilli (Sharon Manville) of East Greenwich, Derek Zisk (Linda) of Sterling, CT and Greg Zisk of Warwick; his cousins, Jessica, Derek Zisk, Nina, Connor Brown, Joseph, Domenic Marzilli, Jacob, Simone, Nicholas, Nathan, Matthew, Hannah Joaquin, Julie Newbury and Rosalind Sibielski; and his godparents, Jeri Jackson and Jonathan Joaquin.
