O'Loughlin; his brother John O'Loughlin; and his parents, Joseph B. O'Loughlin and Isabelle O'Loughlin (Smith).
Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich will be private. Cloth face coverings must be worn, and social distancing guidelines followed at the funeral home and at church.
