She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Simmons and Bertha Simmons; her son Thomas Simmons; and her siblings, Harry Simmons Jr., Gilbert Simmons, Robert Simmons, Foster Simmons, James Simmons, Russell Simmons, Helena Chase, Claire Moran and Deloris Dutch.
She is survived by: her sisters, Roberta Lamphere of Foster and Marilyn Pate of New Philadelphia, PA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and many caring friends.
Due to the current pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
