He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Jacques and Louise Jacques (Molter); and his siblings, Fred Jacques and Elayne Dolphin (Jacques). He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Jacques (Francis); his daughter Julie Lavoie (Jason); his grandsons, Alex and Jacob Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew and Samantha Lavoie; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Dolphin, Beverly, Dennis Hagerty, John, Lana Francis, Garry Francis and Gail Harrington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
