He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kristene Cotter (Arruda); his parents, Elizabeth Cotter (Rodenhiser) of Massachusetts and James Cotter; his children, Sarah and Courtney; his stepsons, Brandon, John and Wilfred (Victoria); and his brothers, David Cotter and Kenny Cotter.
