He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrin Carr and Eileen Carr (Dwyer); and his sister Teresa Carr. He is survived by: his wife Teresa D. "Terry" Carr (DeGraide); his children, Daniel P. Carr of West Warwick and Rachel G. Carr (Kyle) of Coventry; his siblings, Joseph Carr (Erin) of Virginia, John Carr (Sandra) of Cumberland, Michael Carr of Cumberland, Mary Macro (Anthony) of Lincoln, Florence "Flossie" Calhoun (John) of Delaware and Anne Menard (Doug) of Smithfield; and his grandson Leon J. Brown.
