He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Plouffe and Nellie Plouffe; his wife Marion Plouffe (Gammon); his son Normand Plouffe Jr. (Butch); and his siblings, Rita Lucier, Leo Plouffe, Claire Lucier, Robert Plouffe and George Plouffe.
He is survived by: his daughter Annette Gil; his grandchildren, Angela, Richie, Jason Deus and Amie Marie Garland; and also, Casey Buchanan (Brooks), Brittany Harmon (Brooks), Morgan Welch (Brooks), Jennifer Morris (Day), Elizabeth Romano (Day), Allyson Day, Kathrine, Chester Brooks, Dianne and Steve. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
