He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth J. Smith and Eleanor J. Smith-Follett (Fleming). He is survived by: his wife Debra A. Smith (Hill); his sons, Gregory M. H. Smith of North Kingstown and Zachary R. H. Smith of North Kingstown; his brother Mark R. Smith (Karen); his siblings-in-law, Constance Carroll (Richard) and Michael Pitt; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Smith, Shannon Smith-Kane, Thomas, Jack Carroll, Michael Jr. and Garrett Pitt.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (415 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saints John & Paul Church (341 S Main St, Coventry, RI 02816).
