He is survived by: his parents, Larisa J. Geoffroy (Buchholz) of Coventry, RI and Michael R. Blalock of La Verne, TN; his stepfather Dennis Geoffroy of Coventry; his siblings, Mason, Maitland, McKinley Blalock, Dennis Geoffroy and Heather Blalock; his nephews, Mason Ryan and Maitland Killian; and his grandmother Joanne Brannan.
In accordance with current health guidelines, attendance inside the funeral home will be always limited, face masks must be worn, and social distancing always practiced. Michael's family will gather privately on Monday for his funeral service Burial in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown will be private as well.
