He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Jusczyk and Elsie O. Jusczyk (Francis); and his son Michael A. Jusczyk. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon King (John) and Kaleigh Jusczyk; and his grandchildren, Zachary and Sophia King of Florida.
