Bettencourt (Cook); his child Barbara A. Bettencourt; his significant other John Rathbun of Coventry; and his siblings, Barbara Johnson, Patricia Lemoi, James "Jimmy" Bettencourt and Joseph "Sonny" Bettencourt. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
