He was predeceased by: his wife Mary R. Cowen (Kramer); his parents, Marshall Sr. Cowen and Mabel Cowen (Gagnon); and his siblings, Martin Cowen and Mabel "Prinny" Cowen.
He is survived by: his children, Marsha Donovan, Marshall Cowen and Vincent Cowen; his grandchildren, Angel Cowen, Ashley Nerette, Linda Cowen, Lora Donovan and Vincent Cowen; and his great grandchild Kemeline Nerette.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory (721 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Menard Funeral Home (721 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816).
