She was predeceased by: her husband David C. Stevens; her parents, Alfred Percival and Laura Percival (Perry); her son Michael A. Stevens; and her sister Diana Christy.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory D. Stevens (Christine), Eric C. Stevens (Pam), Jefferey S. Stevens and Laura M. Daley (Tim); and her brother Michael Percival (Theresa). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
