She is survived by: her parent Irene Furtado (Jones); and her children, Carl Desimone, Tina Desimone, Mark Desimone, Mario Desimone, Mandy Desimone, David Desimone and Jonathan Desimone. She is also survived by three grandchildren and a great grand daughter.
