He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo A. Sr. Roy and Lois Romaine Roy (Nutter). He is survived by: his wife Denise Roy (Boisclair); and his siblings, Michael Roy of Warwick and Renee Smith of Warwick. He is also survived by several aunts, nephews, and cousins.
