He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Moses and Yvonne Irene Soucy (Robert); his son Pierre Soucy; and his brother Robert Soucy. He is survived by: his children, Paula Dennigan (Hugh Caldwell) of West Warwick and Lawrence Soucy, Jr. (Molina) of New York; his grandchildren, Sean Dennigan, Erin Matheu and Marina Soucy; his great grandchild Callie Matheu; and his sisters, Irene Demers of Canada and Jeanne McGrath.
