She is survived by: her husband James T. "Jamie" Chase; her parents, Paul Rush and Barbara Rush (Pagler) of Greene, RI.; her daughter Judi C. White (Andrew); and her niece Molly Chapman (Dylan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
