He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Carlos and Frances Carlos (Foster); and his siblings, Cathy Frazier and Tommy Carlos. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Carlos (Mulry); his children, Michael J. Carlos (Kim) of Foster and Cynthia A. DeSousa (Carlos) of North Smithfield; his grandchildren, Jake, Connor and Addison; and his sisters, Rosemary Flynn (late Bill Flynn) of Lincoln, Marilyn Love (Bill) of Billerica, MA and Nancy Sinotte (Bob) of Wakefield, RI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
