He is survived by: his wife Joan Palazzo (King); his children, Joan Palazzo, John Palazzo Jr., Kenneth Palazzo and Lisa Palazzo (Ronald Johnson); and his brother Domenic Palazzo Jr.. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two nieces and a nephew.
