Kosinski Jr. of Coventry, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Kosinski and Barbara Kosinski (Hebert). He is survived by: his wife Ana Kosinski (Parra); his sons, John H. Kosinski, III of Coventry, Alex P. Kosinski of Coventry and Marc A. Kosinski of Coventry; his sister Theresa Waldman of Providence; and his pets, Taco, Nina and Princess. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
