Adams Jr.; his wife Robin Silva (Chad Young); his grandparents, John Quincy Adams Sr., Joseph Silva Sr., Donna Cox and Dorothee Kissinger (Ernie); his children, Haley Adams, Devon Puccio, Anabel Puccio, McKenzie Puccio and John Q. Adams IV (Katelyn Wallbank); his siblings, Nicholas Adams (Brandie), Brandon Adams, Kelley, Matthew Leuba, Heather Leuba and Jessica Leuba; his nephews, Brandon Adams Jr. and Dylan Caramiciu; and his niece Maliah Adams.
