She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur J. Amaral; her parents, Joseph Jesse and Maria Jesse (Furtado); and her brother Jack Jesse. She is survived by: her children, Judith Ann Carlow of West Warwick, Jacqueline L. Davis of Knoxville, TN, Richard A. Amaral (Diane) of Warwick, Gloria Marie Leach of Miracopa, AZ and Robert A. Amaral (Shirley) of Coventry; and her siblings, John Jesse of West Warwick, Ann Lynch, Virginia Lastarza, Angelina Campagone, Joseph Jesse and Mary Jesse. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
