He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Mullins and Minnie Mullins (Richard); his spouse Kathleen Mullins (Riley); and his son-in-law Brian Desrosiers. He is survived by: his children, Elisabeth "Lisa" Pellegrino (Bear), Mary-Anne Desrosiers, Kathleen DeCesare (Michael) and Jimmy Mullins, Jr.; his wife Heidi Mullins; his siblings, Jerry Mullins, Rosemary Stowers and Gussie Mullins; his grandchildren, Amanda Gandy, Joseph Desrosiers, Kayla Sarit, Michael DeCesare, CeAnna Pellegrino, Jimmy Mullins, III, Elyse Pellegrino, Matthew DeCesare, Maxwell Mullins and Nel Champagne; his great grandchildren, Avery Sarit, Everett-James Gandy, Layla Desrosiers and Alana Sarit; and also Valerie Mullins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
