She was predeceased by: her husband Albert W. Chouinard; her former husband Cesario F. Ravo; her parents, Ernest H. Arnold and Catherine Arnold (Brott); and her sister Judith Carbury.
She is survived by: her children, Dina M. Lerner (David), Sheryl A. Williams (Frank), David M. Ravo and John A. Ravo; her stepson Daniel Chouinard (Margie); her sister Linda St; and her grandchildren, Laura, Jacqueline, Justin, Jessica, Ashley, Joshua, Corey, Katelyn and Kimberlee.
