He was predeceased by: his parents, James F Jeff Sr. and Barbara Jeff (Houlker). He is survived by: his wife Helen A Jeff (Andrukiewicz); and his children, James F. Jeff III of West Warwick, Melinda Pacheco of Warwick, Robert Jeff of Connecticut, Koren Kreuter of North Carolina, Karlene Kreuter of Warwick and Kerri Giannangelo of Texas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
