Lewis (Everett) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Joshua McGuire (Tiffany), Todd McGuire, John McGuire (Elizabeth), Jeremy McGuire, Lindsay McGuire and Leah A. Lewis; his great grandchildren, Kyle, Connor and Reed; and his siblings, Lindell Kelleher, Nancy Turner, Ralph McGuire and William Holt.
